Warranty Terms & Condition of Sales and Services

This warranty document will determine the processes that are to be followed if any item becomes non-functional during that warranty period.


Simon’s M&C Services Company Warranty is for one year unless otherwise stated on the invoice. It covers faulty initial software installation & hardware malfunctions, excluding problems that arise due to user error or software or hardware installation by the user. If any hardware whatsoever is modified or added to the PC system by the purchaser, user, or any third party, the warranty will become null & void.


Software Warranty covers only Original Software bought from Simon’s M&C Services Company, however, this Warranty does not cover any original software bought from other than Simon’s M&C Services Company. Under no circumstances will this Warranty cover any Viruses, Adware, Spyware, Malware, or a combination thereof. Simon’s M&C Services Company is not responsible whatsoever for any loss of data & or Software under any circumstances. All customers agree to secure their data & or software by making & securing the appropriate backup arrangements.


Warranty claims require diagnostics, if certified defective, items will be replaced by the same, equivalent, or higher value item, however, if the alternative product is higher in cost the customer is required to pay the difference in cost between the original item & the replacement item. If any regular or special-order item requires a warranty the customer agrees to wait until the product, its equivalent, or replacement can be provided.


This Warranty does not offer instant or loaner replacement, however, we will do our best to speed up the warranty process provided all products returned meet the warranty terms and conditions.


There is no refund on website and app development deposits. Because of the digital resources required and used we will not be able to issue a refund.


Its is the customer’s right to ensure that all electrical/electrical item(s) that carry a “lest then” or “no warranty” period, are tested in their presence to ensure proper working order & that such items are confirmed to be in such proper working order by agreement of this form.


This warranty does not cover or extend to any product that has been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired, or modified. On inspection, all warranties will become voided & no refund or replacement of any kind will be given if any product has been damaged or tampered with.


All incompatibility issues are not the responsibility of Simon’s M&C Services Company to verify before the customer makes the purchase. Any customer who purchases a product(s), takes it away & comes back subsequently claiming that the item is incompatible will not be refunded, however in the unlikely event that the customer insists that a refund is required, (a) A 15% restocking fee will apply to the cost of all returns for refund under this circumstance or (b) Simon’s M&C Services Company will replace the item without cost to the customer up to the value of the purchased item with anything from our current inventory or (c) The customer well be allowed to accept a credit note for value of the purchased item, to be used within (6) six months.

All Services, Installation, and Diagnostic fees are Non-Refundable. Items deemed to be defective by the customer which when the fact tested are functional will incur a $100 diagnostic fee.


Simon’s M&C Services Company will not be used as a subcontractor, anyone found to be doing such will automatically make the products and services warranty void. All invoices and receipts of purchase must have the company name, address of product location, and installation sign by the business owner.


Simon’s M&C Services Company will not accept liability for any damages (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE RESULTING FROM LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, INABILITY TO USE.
